What can I use to cleanse my colon out with out pills or side effects? and after getting the colon cleansed out will it lower hyertension?

Does it work? What would make it cleanse the colon? What about that horrible tasting stuff you get in the green bottle at the pharmacy? Wouldn’t that do the same thing?
