I have conflicting information as to how many bowl movements is good or normal. What is the normal amount for a person with a healthy cleansed colon or is on a regular colon cleanse regiment?

I just wanted to know if a colon cleanse dose as a good job as a colon hydrotherapy? Does the hydrotherapy romove more stuff?

I am taking a 15 day colon cleanse and I’m on about day 5 I think? Well not much to report and the stuff I read online shows these hideous pictures of big slime blobs coming out of people. I haven’t had that, should I or what shoudl happen? I’m taking a product by Natures secret it used to be called Dr’s something I don’t know but on the front it reads, “15-Day Weight Loss Cleanse & Flush”, is this a good product?

For example Dr. Floras Colon cleanse. The product is very costly more so than what you can purchase at a health food store.

Hello, I have been wanting to try a colon cleanse. I need someone who knows or who has used one to tell me a few things:
is it ok to use one at my age of 15,
will it be painful,
will I be spending the majority of my days on the toilet,
are they safe,
and which one would you personally recommend?
I don’t want to get in over my head here.

My husband and I started a colon cleanse 3 weeks ago. Everything is working as planned except Im concerned I might be pregnant.Being pregnant is not a problem except the medicine we are taking states that you shouldnt use it if you are pregnant or nursing. I have done some research on why or what will happen or could happen and havent been able to find an answer. So does anyone know what happens if I become pregnant while on a colon cleanse. I would love to cleanse my colon! However drinking only lemonade for ten days doesn’t seem to be a safe way to do things (I live in Arizona and trust me, when it is 120 outside you don’t want to be running on E). Is there a safe and effective method for colon cleansing that includes some food?

I bought some acia from amazon. They are 1000mg. You take 2 a day and I’ve read where you take the colon cleanse. I’m afraid of my body not being able to function after taking the cleanse. Anyone have any info?

I’ve been reading about these over the counter colon cleanse powders and pills that are supposed to make you feel healthier, but I’m worried about side effects, like having to use the bathroom constantly. Has anyone out there tried products like Bromalite or Cleanse RX?

I just started a colon cleanse, but the whole point of it is that it absorbs everything in your intestines and then pushes it out.

But I don’t want my birth control absorbed out! Can I still take it and it be effective? Or if I woke up at 3 am in the morning (I take my last dose of colon cleanse stuff at 10 pm, the next one at 7 am) and took the BC would it still be effective?
