Too much bloating….
Hello. I did not see much results after a month of faithful use. I liked the Green Tea Fat Burner as a suppresent.
I really I have no idea if this cleansing system is “flushing” toxins out of my body.
When I reached my peak dose of 3 colon cleansing pills and 3 body purifier pills in the morning and evening, I had the regular bowl movements 3 times a day like the product said I should. I did have some rather unpleasant cramps, but not much gas. Within a few minutes of the cramps I would have to use the bathroom immediately. The cramping and urgency may have been due to the dosage I was consuming. After all, the Colon Clear bottle warns users that their product contains Cascara Sagrada, and that it should not be used if you have or develop “diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain.” Perhaps I was simply taking too much, but personally, I never felt ill or endangered, and I didn’t mind going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times a day.
After about two weeks I started feeling slightly lighter in my lower abdominal region.
Overall, I think this product is fine -aside from the unpleasant cramps- and if you have ever wanted to try a cleansing this one would be a good one to try. Be aware: It can take weeks to complete this cleanse, and you might have cramps and frequent bowl movements.
P.S This product contains Black Cohash, apparently pregnant and nursing women should avoid it.
I think the dosage of this product and the frequency in which it is taken, totally, depends upon the individual who takes it. I think it worked fantastic for me, however, I had to regulate how much and when I took it until I felt comfortable with it. Given in the dosage recommended for someone who is 125 lbs – 170 lbs – 250 lbs will all have drastic results. Be smart about it, and it WILL WORK!

I liked the product. It did everything that the infomercial said. It was good. Helped with bloating and with starting me off on my weight loss program.

I bought this product completely believing in the informercial on tv. What a joke. I feel duped. Of course it says in the instructions that “all people have different metabolisms’…but I don’t want to have to take 3 or 4 pilss at a time just so the claims they make actually happen. The bottle only contains so many. I give this product a C-.

Not worth the money
I wouldn’t waste the money on this product. I take a tablespoon of regular fiber in the am and pm, and it works just as good as this.

Talk about all the OPPOSITE effects
well i tried this system as a start to my new diet, new work-out, new ME. It took me two days before anything “released”, and trust me it was far from RELIEF.

The cleansing process takes way too long to do. I had no specific benefits other than gas. Not worth it.
