What is a really good affective colon cleanse?
I want to find a colon cleanse that is good. I just found out that I’m lactose and gluten intolerant, so I want a good cleanse that will help get my body more regulated and back to normal. I heard to start with a colon cleanse and every time I go to look, I bump into a company that wants money for a certain medicine. Does anyone have any good colon diets that work??

The colon is self cleansing. Unfortunately, there’s a major problem with the whole theory of colon cleansing – there’s no scientific evidence to back it up. It can cause vomiting, nausea and abdominal cramps and a dangerous loss of water and electrolytes, which can lead to dehydration and even abnormal heart rhythms.
All it does is give you diarrhoea.
